My name is Gina & I am a Vice President, Commercial Lender for a southern California commercial bank.

I also teach commercial lending basics to existing and new commercial brokers, a great class for a broker transferring over from the residential side, or for someone looking to understand general commercial and multi-family lending practices.

Considering these tough times for many in the industry, I realize many companies have changed, downsized or even closed their doors, It is becoming increasingly difficult for mortgage brokers to place their loans for their clients. I have been fortunate enough to have an ever growing database of direct lenders, brokers, agents and people in other industries as part of my personal network. In an effort to encourage warm leads and assist in placing many loans that are outside our parameters, I have created a referral network so that I may refer from within people I know, have met, taught or worked with.

My goal with this referral network is not to profit from the deals I refer out, but to continue to keep myself as a primary contact within the network, so that when the loan is within our lending parameters I am first point of contact!

What is the Referral Network?? & Yes it's FREE!

The network is made up of direct lenders, brokers, agents and other services offered by colleagues I have worked with, taught and met or spoken with personally within the industry. The network contains multiple direct lenders and other sources for all loan types, industrial, gas stations, multi-family, auto industry, hotels/motels, medical, construction, bridge loans, rehab projects, factoring, ag lending, equipment leasing/financing, residential and so much more.

Please keep in mind, the network is a valid list of warm leads, people I know in one way or another. In order to keep the list of quality for all involved, I will screen additions regularly. If you are referred a loan and are not able to be courteous, prompt and honest with the lead, I expect everyone to report back to me so I may remove leads that don't belong on the list, keeping it always as effective of a list as possible!

If you would like to be added to this referral network, please complete the Database review form. I will review your data and upon acceptance you will be added to the list. When you are part of list, your company will show up when searches are made for a service. I will then send an email with the basics on the loan. The lead will be sent to those that reply to me promptly. Nothing is expected in return, except your prompt attention to the lead and for you to keep me as a primary contact on your future loan inquiries.

You may search the network directly, the results will show a list of lenders. The results will show you a list of database entries. Review and find the ones that find your needs best. Once you have found them, email me the ID number of the records and a rate request form or excutive summary about the loan and I will contact that sources for you and get you in touch with the sources that reply with interest. I do all of this in effort to keep the list of value, weed out the soliciting to protect everyone's privacy and of course to prevent abuse of the contact database.
